As you can imagine, our Support team gets lots of emails relating to general questions, program inquiries, corporate and government discounts, press & media, and support questions. Still, we read every email message that comes in and strive to respond to our emails - typically in a few hours. However depending on email and support ticket volume, time of day, holidays, weekends, etc., we allow up to 48 hours to respond.

1. What if I Didn't Receive, Lost or Can't Find My Login Information?

2. Can I Download the Course?
Unfortunately, no. However, when you purchase the Stop Smoking Forever™ program, you have lifetime access so you can come back as often as you wish to relisten, review, and re-experience any and every part of the program.
3. What if I Start the Program but Need to Stop Because of a Family Emergency?
We understand. Life happens and sometimes when we start a program we get interrupted by life, circumstances, power outages, hurricanes or snow storms, or whatever. No problem - welcome back and let’s get you restarted - because the great news is that when you purchase the Stop Smoking Forever™ program you get lifetime access so you can come back and restart the program any time you want to or need to.
4. What if I want just a Single Smoking Cessation Hypnosis Session?
Sometimes people come to us wanting and asking about getting just a single session - either because they feel they only need one session or because they’re in the Stop Smoking Forever program and the want a “LIVE” booster.

5. What if My Partner or Spouse Wants to Do the Program With Me?
No problem. We understand and support people who are spouses or partners living together wanting to stop smoking together. It’s a really smart idea and - having helped many couples - we can tell you that it’s great for your relationship too!
So, legally, per our terms and conditions, the only requirement is that you use the same device (laptop, PC, MacBook, etc.). Our only personal, “honor system” requests are (a) that they are your actual spouse or partner, and (b) that you do the sessions together. Fair enough?

6. Where Can I Find and Join the Stop Smoking Forever™ Facebook Community?
You can find it right here! Stop Smoking Forever Facebook Community™. Remember that when you ask to join, you will need to submit the same email address that you used to purchase your Stop Smoking Forever™ program.
Your Welcome email will also have links to our YouTube channel and our TikTok channel - please feel free to Subscribe, Enjoy, Leave Comments and Share our videos with friends and family!
7. What if I am Visually or Hearing Impaired?
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to accommodate the visually or hearing impaired.

8. I Purchased Your Program on Another Website - How Do I Login?
Unfortunately, despite the promises of fraudsters and scammers, our Stop Smoking Forever™ program is ONLY available to purchase on our StopSmokingForever.Life website. As such, we cannot honor fraudulent or scam sales.
However, if you are the victim of such a sale, please contact us directly with “SCAM PURCHASE” in the Title. Please include the link where you purchased and a copy of the digital or email receipt (PDF or JPG/PNG files only) and any other information and we will be in touch to see what we can do. 9. Do You Offer Group Discounts?
Yes - we do offer group discounts. We offer group discounts for live, in-person versions of the course and also for live Zoom delivery of both the full course and the shorter focused versions of the course. All registered participants will also be granted full access to the online course.
10. Do You Offer a Live “In Person” Version of the Course?
Yes - however, we do not deliver the full course in person. We offer live, in person delivery of both a one day version of the course [8 hours in one day] and a two day version of the course [4 hours each day; 8 hours total] for groups of 50 or more participants. All registered participants will also be granted full access to the complete online version of the Stop Smoking Forever™ course. Group discounts will apply.

11. Do You Offer a Live “Zoom” Version of the Course?
Yes - we offer 2 versions:
A) For groups of 100 or more we offer the full course across 14 days via Zoom. All registered participants will also be granted full access to the online course. Group discounts will apply.
B) For smaller groups, we also offer a live Zoom version that includes the three Self-Mastery Skills training sessions and the 4 Smoking Cessation Hypnosis sessions.
All registered participants will also be granted full access to the online course. Group discounts may apply depending on the size of the group.

12. Do You Have an Affiliate Program?
